I recently purchased a block of land with an existing permit and needed to get a file off of Prime Constructions. They were super helpful and went out of their way to help me even though I was using a different builder. At short notice and with a fast turn around, this speaks wonders to me, and I would rate their customer service as exceptional. Many thanks to Sarah @Prime!
I have been trying to contact the maintenance supervisor for more than a year and there is no follow up and I recently tried contacting him again and there is no reply. Spoke to the HR and she zaid she will pass it to the maintenance team but no news again. It is very frustrating that there are issues in and outside the house and could lead to serious problem and then we might have to bare the cost. I hope your team see this message and send someone to fix the problem.
