Brandon Bower exceeded all expectations. He arrived as scheduled and proved to be professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. He performed the job with care and efficiency. He also cleaned the inside and outside service areas thoroughly. In addition, the office personnel who handled my appointment and questions was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely pleasant. Once again, my overall experience was very positive. I will definitely continue to contact Prime for future plumbing projects.

Josh made time on short notice to evaluate my hot water heater issue and talked through multiple options. We needed a replacement and he worked out the schedule to make sure we didn’t go without hot water over the weekend. Brandon arrived early and expertly completed the install, communicating his progress throughout. He made sure we had all pipes running clear and cleaned up before he left. Would recommend to anyone in need of fast, professional plumbing service!
