Big thanks for NOTHING to Prime Pest Control in Spokane, Washington. I called them today so that they could come to my home and quote and spray for hobo spiders and beetles in our basement. They assured me that someone could be here between 4-7 and that the tech would call me. They also assured me that he could quote and spray the same day. We have been using Prime for nearly a year and have excellent customer service and technician service. When we experience problems with pests between our service times they schedule me with a visit on warranty every time. Very satisfied with this company!
Cannot recommend them more!!!! I spaced that they were coming today so I let my chickens out in their run. I had previously called and asked to not spray the side of the house that they are on but needed the dormer that's on that side sprayed. Jacob (our tech) called and I let him know not to worry about that side at all! He called back and let me know that he put my chickens (10 babies that aren't too hard to wrangle) away, sprayed the dormer, and then let them back out before he left!!! He went above and beyond!!!!
