I had noticed some carpenter ants outside on my house - they came out and charged me $325 to treat those and then treated the entire house for other pests, as well as wasps. I didn’t notice carpenter ants anymore, but significantly more spiders inside my house, which I have not had for the prior nine years of having a different company spray the exterior of the house. I will never use this company again. We bought a home this month, and during the home inspection ants were discovered. The Sellers had Prime Pest Control come out and treat the area, and sent us copies of the receipt. We took possession of the house and my husband and I (and our realtor) noticed there were still ants. The company refuses to come back and fix the situation because we were not the owners at the time of the original service.
I cannot say enough about how amazing this company is. This is the second time we’ve have Brandon out to inspect when we were worried that we had a bug problem and each time he was incredibly considerate and kind and informative. He throughly examined every room, explained what he was looking for and was genuinely happy for us each time when he found nothing. we put all of our close in baskets as we were instructed to do and we come home to our bedrooms completely destroyed! how dare you! our daughter was crying because she thought someone robbed us! you better make this right or we will be showing this to the better business Bureau
This company has been nothing but helpful to me. Not only are their methods effective, but their customer service has been outstanding too.
we moved into a house that has terrible wasp inside. called them. the guy came out sprayed for me and told me what I need too fix in the house too stop them from coming in. always nice and helpful. courteous about all of our animals. I would recommend them too everyone.
I came home this afternoon and had an infestation of little ants I called Prime Pest Control and they sent Nick out this evening to take care of it I am very grateful for the service they provide.
