I recently booked a stay at the prime hotel. I could not wait to stay here according to the pictures it looked really nice. The room they put me in had a horrible leak from the ceiling. I found out going to the bathroom over night and falling in a large amount of water. I’m not the type to complain but I was scared of an elder person would have experienced that it would have been critical. We had a fantastic 5 night stay here. We lived in South Beach for several years and love this location. The staff is incredible - they are kind, helpful, and understanding. We took a red eye and arrived very early - their team held our bags for us and allowed us to check in around 10am. This is a boutique hotel, with clean rooms that are large, well laid out (desk, space for luggage, storage in closet, safe, etc) and the balcony was a great space for us to enjoy.
