I recently had the opportunity to work with Michael Vito with the sale of a property owned by my elderly parent's trust - which had been recently vacated and needed to be sold. Michael Vito made our rental experience so positive. At the first knowledge of us having to move because the owners decided to sell, I expressed to Michael that I knew we would not receive our security deposits. I said that nobody ever gets their deposits back. Michael said that he works for the renters as well as the owners and that he would do everything he could to see that we were reimbursed.
