I had Samuel come out for a home inspection last week. Paid him the $350. He told me some story about his printer not working so could not give me a receipt but that he was on his way back to the office to email me a receipt. I never received any email and contacted him several times about not receiving my inspection report . He cashed my check very quickly and when I called he told me report would first be ready the following day , then when u called bsck two days later he told me had had sent it. TOTAL SCAM AVOID I called to ask for an inspection, they said they could come. They came without anything, they did an "Inspection" and we paid them. They said they would get the report to us in 48 hours. They have since not responded to us and when we try to contact no one picks up. Complete scam, avoid them.

I paid Samuel Sherman $245 for an re-inspection report in July 2016. It has been almost 5 years. I never received the report nor a refund. He promised the report with in 48 hours. He wanted the money, so badly that he came to my dentist office to collect the payment. I had to get up from my dentist chair to pay him. He cashed the check took off with the money. He never sent the report and I never heard from him again. $245 down the drain.
