Very professional. Great staff to work with.
Worst home agency I have ever dealt with. Primary problem is with Administrative Person and office staff. Lack of communication, not addressing problems, the staff is always full of excuses instead of admitting messed up.
My mom and my dad are patients of Prime HHA ( not to confuse with Prime home care- totally different site). My parents have an amazing nurse who is caring, super knowledgeable and involved! Also my parents’ aides are superb!! Prime has absolutely the best therapy department ( they relieve pain with some manipulations and special gages and they have special therapists who treat lymphedema!!!) I highly recommend this home agency!
