The best staff and Dentists in the Tri Cities and I have been to a few. Caring and gentle as I am deathly afraid of Dentists. ❤️
Picked this place based off location partly, but mostly because of their reviews. They live up to their great rating! The building was large, new and very clean. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They all take time to answer questions and just overall make it a nice experience. Their memberships are a good value also. Already recommended them the same day as my first visit!
This place is absolutely trying to upcharge you on everything, lied about running our insurance, keep coming up with random reasons to charge us. Super unprofessional. The lobby might look nice and clean, super flashy, but thats just part of the scam. Never had this issue at other dentists. Every other dentist I’ve been to has NEVER charged us for a routine cleaning with insurance. $250??? Crazy. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dentist office, this place is a HUGE scam.
Excellent emergency tooth repair!
The reason that I love Prime Dental so much is because they are kind. You can get good dental care a lot of places, but the kindness and willingness to take time to listen and make absolutely sure you are comfortable is way above the norm. Today I thank Gabby and Dr. Walker for sweetly listening to an old lady’s heartache and making sure that my care plan will be easy and painless.
