I first went in to prime cut meats a few months ago and was instantly impressed! The staff is very knowledgeable about food handling as well as preparation. They always remember me and what I like to get, and have great weekly specials and new items in frequently so check them out today I never went back to supermarket meats!

This is our Go To Spot for all things meat. The bacon is inexpensive AND amazing. We’ve had parties for 30 people. They find inexpensive ways to make my husband and I into stress-less hosts who serve great food. What else can a North Dakota girl want??? Highly recommend.
Tried the Special Blend #1 that is supposed to make the best burgers......BEYOND DELECTABLE! And without a doubt the best steaks in town!
Best butcher in town! Great selection and awesome service. The guys know their stuff. If you need something they don't have on hand just talk to them and they'll make it happen.
Amazing skinless brats (which sounds impossible but trust me, TRY THEM) among other things. I was 110% won over when they stopped everything up front to help carry purchases out to an elderly woman’s vehicle for her, without being asked and without hesitation.
