I brought in a deer for processing and they had an awesome turnaround time! It was done 8 days after I dropped my deer off in October. I also brought in some trim later to be made into their summer sausage and country sausage and both are absolutely delicious, with good pricing to boot. Kevin and his staff are very nice and will take care of you. Definitely the best place in the Fargo-Moorhead area for all your game processing and meat needs!

The ownership and employees are the neighborhood meat market of yesterday. Customer service focused and a friendly atmosphere. I trust their recommendations and have never had a bad experience. Their salmon dip is above and beyond anything I have tried - especially when used to make Salmon Deviled Eggs.
