People were great but it has been two days and I'm still waiting on my sons results from radiology. Called yesterday and no call back still. Not happy right now.
I was happy to be able to make an appointment, however, we arrived early and they took us right away, so even better!!!! Receptionist was efficient. Waiting time was not bad. Prescription was sent to the pharmacy and was ready when we got there. Good experience.
They have an awesome online check in service and text you messages about your wait time. Much more efficient than the last time I was here. Staff friendly and helpful!

I love Prime Care Urgent Care. Been going 15 years and always have had great experiences, sometimes better than my own doctor. And the on-line check in is magnificent. Avoids sitting in the waiting room for hours.
I always dread going to any Dr's. office for an appointment. The long,unreasonable wait times, getting whacked with double co-pays (office visit and x-rays, office visit and labs, etc.) and then feeling like I am on an assembly line and just getting pushed through the process and out the door. I have been to this office several times over the years and I can honestly say this NEVER happens here.
