Today i saw a RPAC named Karen Doherty Wells. She was the most rude and unprofessional doctor i have encountered. I have been to this urgent care several times and had positive experiences but if i ever come across this doctor again i will ask for another. She was rude and inappropriate. I was seen Monday by a different doctor who diagnosed me with flu type A. Went for ultrasound yesterday and Amy was the best ever she was very nice and great sense of humor..X-rays there are fast and friendly hugs to the group at 400 patroon creek
Everyone I encountered here every time I go is friendly, kinda and considerate. I even lived listening to what sounded like a new receptionist talk with enthusiasm about her job.
I love this place. There are great people that work here that care. I’ve been here on the weekends when I am sick. I get in and out usually. When there are a lot of people I the waiting room they get patients out as soon as they can. I would much rather have them look at me then my primary care doctor. These people are wonderful.
This urgent "care" turned away my bleeding/crying daughter today because my husband didn't have identification. Then they lied and said she wasn't in their system when we have been here at least 2x in the past. My husband didn't have his wallet because he rushed out the door to get her medical attention at the closest facility. What a joke. The receptionist was incredibly rude on top of this. I will never go back here again and intend to write a letter of complaint.
