I went for MRI at prima care at Pleasant Street location. The young girl that did test for me was absolutely fantastic . She comforted me and was just so thoughtful, thank you for being so kind. Wish I knew her name it was on 9-30-25
Une pathetic and miserable staff.
Other than several wonderful NP and doctors at Prima Care this place is awful awful awful! Cardiology and radiology department customer service (office personnel) is so bad. They are rude and cut you off when speaking if you have any questions regarding your care or a loved ones care. They are so unorganized and have 0 work ethic or care for the patient and their family. I would never recommend anyone give any type of business to this facility never mind healthcare. I will be looking elsewhere for my fathers healthcare.
My experience at PCR has been excellant. Competent, Friendly, Considerate of time and easy to get to for me...Thank You
