I've always been treated at this clinic and never had to wait more than 30 minutes. Today I came for my annual checkup and waited almost two hours for the Dr. to see me. Horrible.I will be change to another clinic, excess of clinic in Miami to choose!!!
Lo peor desde que se fue el Dr. Villanueva de ahí , ha sido un desastre, no se cuantos números tienen y ninguno responde, cuando voy, dicen que no saben que el teléfono funciona, llevaba ya varios años en esa oficina, pero ya me cambio y a mi mamá también, estábamos bien con el Dr., después que se fue, un desastre.
the doctor here is so nice and so kind but the office is a complete and total disaster, the front desk never answers the phone, makes you wait an hour to be attended, and then don’t even bother to send the medicines they prescribe to the pharmacy…
Cuando uno llama al seguro para buscar el pediatra primario le dan la información de una doctora, cuando uno llama a pedir la cita dicen q esa doctora no trabaja ahí q está en otra clínica que lo va atender otra doctora , y cuando uno llega a la cita está un doctor. No examinaron a mi hija no le enviaron exámenes de rutina, era para su chequeo anual y solo me dieron un papel para luego ir dentro unos días ha buscar el referido por que ellos no lo hacen.
