Dr. Shaheen Chowdry and Staff are the Best! You Do Not get voice mail or AI when you call. Prime Cardiology actually have personnel so when you call you will get a real live person who is there that will actually help you. All of Dr Chowdry staff should train not only other doctors offices,but, business in general how to treat people and what Customer Service is all about! All the scheduling department staff are also awesome!
Dr Bleszynaki is awesome and caring. Unfortunately the staff at the offices do not share his same interest in their patients. I have been in contact with his assistant since Dec to reschedule a wrongly scheduled stress test and have had several call backs that assured me she would speak with the Dr and get back to me. Avoid these aggressive providers at all cost. The call center is very condescending and they cannot schedule correctly. And when you bring up a concern your greeted with a pushy/ annoyed attitude. Worst firm we have ever delt with. We've gotten more information from an ER visit.
Dr. Narula is the best cardiologist/EP I've ever had. Besides having an 8 hour surgery with him 4 years ago where he saved my life, he's been my EP for appx 12 years. He is kind, thoughtful, listens and is super, super smart. He is also very honest and forthcoming. If you have a problem, he does not just write an Rx and send you on your way. Dr. Ayer’s is great but billing is an absolute nightmare. I never received bills in the mail and got a call 7 months later informing me I owed almost $900. They billed me saying I wore a heart monitor for 30 days when in fact, it was 7. It is impossible to actually to speak with anyone there. The “billing department” is outsourced and the guy just says that he is being told it’s correct. I want to speak with who he is speaking with but just get told I’ll get a call back.
