This is the first negative review I’ve ever written, but I feel compelled to share it because this was by far the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. This was my second appointment at Prime Cardiology, scheduled for both an Echocardiogram and Holter Monitor. I posted previously about this hospital in general. They’re Terrible with a capital T. Prime Cardiology after 2 years and 2 months decided to charge my son 26.15 that supposedly was not paid. I told them after that amount of time you decide to bill us for that amount. They said they billed my address previously. FALSE ! I I said why am I calling you today for the first time to respond to this ridiculous claim. The guy was ignorant ! As far as I know that bill was paid when it was initially processed. Dr Bleszynaki is awesome and caring. Unfortunately the staff at the offices do not share his same interest in their patients. I have been in contact with his assistant since Dec to reschedule a wrongly scheduled stress test and have had several call backs that assured me she would speak with the Dr and get back to me. Even after explaining this was my third attempt since Dec, still nothing. Unfortunately cardiologists are extremely important to healthcare and need more attention than this office can provide . Dr. Shaheen Chowdry and Staff are the Best! You Do Not get voice mail or AI when you call. Prime Cardiology actually have personnel so when you call you will get a real live person who is there that will actually help you. All of Dr Chowdry staff should train not only other doctors offices,but, business in general how to treat people and what Customer Service is all about! All the scheduling department staff are also awesome!

Dr. Ayer’s is great but billing is an absolute nightmare. I never received bills in the mail and got a call 7 months later informing me I owed almost $900. They billed me saying I wore a heart monitor for 30 days when in fact, it was 7. It is impossible to actually to speak with anyone there. The “billing department” is outsourced and the guy just says that he is being told it’s correct. I want to speak with who he is speaking with but just get told I’ll get a call back.
