I’ve had a positive experience with Prime Behavioral Health, with the support staff , especially Ann Marie (very helpful, good natured and willing to work out strategies based on patients individual needs), to the pharmacology nurses and therapists - I adore Mari Stackpoolle (she immediately got me and is amazing at anticipating my needs and providing positive reinforcement and encouragement!) Only had 1 appt. Neglects to tell you that they scan your license and post your pic in your chart for all providers to see. Anne Marie lied and said I was informed and signed paperwork stating the policy. She also cancelled my appointment and withdrew me from the practice because I wanted my picture removed. The same day she deactivated my portal because I sent a message asking for a copy of the document I signed acknowledging my picture would be uploaded. She said your appts been cancelled, good luck. I wanted to give zero star, but you have to enter one. According to Ann Marie at Prime Behavior Health, Prime Behavior Health is not a Health facility it's a privately owned company. That was my thinking when I tried to fill out the forms I received before my appointment. All the forms protect Prime Behavior Health not the patient. After I complained about the forms, Ann Marie said if I don't fill out the forms my appointment will be cancelled and she did. The business office called me about making a payment. I paid the same day (within an hour of them calling me). They cancelled my appointment and blocked my account without telling me, which never showed up on my patient portal. I got to my appointment thinking it was still scheduled as I had no notifications that it was cancelled, only to get told I needed to call the business office to get it sorted. Providers are ok but office staff are a disgrace to the concept of patient care. Prepare to be blamed for clerical errors on their side.
