If I could give this company no stars I would. I was scheduled for a chimney clean and inspection between 1:00 and 4:00. I never heard from anyone by 3:00 so I called three times with no answer. Finally someone called and said he would be here between 4:00 and 6:00. When the tech finally arrived, he said he was here for an air duct cleaning. Marlon and his team arrived at our home on time, and ready to get to work. They did their job, kept the work site clean, and kept us informed about his findings and how he treated any problems. I would recommend Marlon and Prime 58 to anyone looking for services related to cleaning and maintaining one’s home or business HVAC duct and vent cleaning, maintenance and repair included.
These guys just cleaned all the ducts in our home we just bought. The home was built in the 70’s and likely had never had the ducts cleaned. They came in and did an incredible job. They were very friendly and didn’t mind me peeking over their shoulders to see what kind of crud they were getting. They worked quickly and when they were done you couldn’t tell they were even there. And the house feels and smells so much better now. Could not recommend high enough.
Marlon goes the extra mile to ensure satisfaction. He and his team did 3 properties for me this past weekend and the work was exceptional. Thank you for a job well done!
