There are full of shit.. when u are late in rent the will throw u out but don't complaint cuz u don't get any resolve they are not worth ur time and effort . My a/c broke and it took them 1 wk to fix or so they though it's the worst ....
Please don't move here. Ive had the worst experiences here but they are no long called Primavera any long it's called cornerstone apartment! The contractors they hire to do work steal from residents ! It take a long time to get any type of repairs done . N they are suppose to be open Saturday and never there on a Saturday! I've warned you please it's cheap here but not worth it in the long run
