My husband and I have been loyal customers for years at the Ozark location. However, when we went to the new location yesterday evening, our waitress completely neglected to serve us. She came to our table only twice throughout the hour and a half it took us to get our food and drinks. She also forgot our drink order twice. Other servers had to bring us water, chips, and other items because she would go missing for long periods of time. Other tables in her section were complaining as well.
Great food and service. Our waiter was excellent.
The staff was very helpful and the food was felling.
We ordered Primas last night from DoorDash and both the food and delivery service was perfect. I love how Primas is not stingy with the portion sizes and they care about getting the order right.

Our food was cold and waited 1 1/2 to get our food for a party of 6. The rice was crunchy not cooked long enough. The meat smelled bad and tasted funny ‘pork’
