Office is great, staff is good most day. Dr V is always helpful and listens to your issues.

The workers are so polite. it's quick the wait is no longer than a hr between coming in being seen and leaving.The drs I've seen have all been so great to me, I've seen Dr. Andrew Moody the most and he Is a GREAT dr and is truly caring Concerned for his patients well being. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!
I highly recommend this establishment. The facility is spacious and very clean from the waiting room, exam rooms and the restroom. The entire staff is attentive, efficient, friendly, and professional. The wait time was very reasonable. The office has a variety of services including urgent care, primary care, a dietitian and ultrasound technician all under the same roof. My experience here was convenient and pleasant and I can't imagine going somewhere else for the services they offer!
Nick the office manager is unbelievably rude & unprofessional. This company feels that it's ok to charge customers in full, with no contact prior, who are making regular monthly payments on statements received. Then tell them they'll refund but rescind in that when called out on their horrible customer service and policy. Also, Nick states he doesn't have a superior and doesn't report to anyone in the company. We'll see about this because this treatment needs to be addressed. I walked in for flu like symptoms. I don't have a primary care physician. So they made sure I have one and the guy I met was very nice. I really liked the people there and the place was very well organized. They did have a new women working but she had a mentor to make sure she would do everything right. I got the care I needed and the medication to help me get well plus they set up a follow up appointment and a physical all in one visit. I will definitely love coming here.
I was here on a Saturday for a knee injury and was called on Monday to come in for a follow up and to go over my x-rays. I made an appointment for 4 and had to leave work over an hour early to get here for 4. When I got here there was literally no one else in the waiting room. It's now 5:04 and I haven't been seen yet for an appointment they called me to make. I am NEVER coming here again. Completely unprofessional to keep someone waiting over an hour with an appointment.
