What a compassionate staff! Unfortunately, I had to put one of my dogs to sleep a few weeks ago. Not only did they take great care of my sweet Boots, but us as well. They even sent a card after! Thank you for being there for my family!
Unfortunately I had to put my sweet Redmond to sleep last week. I can say that after Red's death, I've never experienced more compassionate and caring staff in my life. Although we opted to bury Red underneath the 100 year old oak in our backyard, the PVC staff offered to take complete care of everything. Thank you so much for such a great group of girls and doctors.
The staff is amazing!!! Price was very affordable and the clinic was so cute! Felt like royalty!
I was somewhat disappointed that my cat wasn't able to get the services that I came for. After a two hour wait in his kennel, he was agitated and wouldn't allow the vet and assistant take him out for his immunizations. I was told "I'm sorry I we won't be able to immunize him because it would take too long and we have other people behind you". I arrived at 3:30 PM and didn't leave until 5:15. Bradley and I are very happy with primary vet care! The staff are so nice and pleasant! The environment is warm bright and inviting. Dr. Bryan is very nice . I feel very confident that Bradley will always get the best of care at primary.
I was a new customer and was treated with kindness, even as a walk-in. There prices are reasonable. One of their employees, Ms. Destiny was so awesome with my Boston Terrier! I highly recommend this place for loving pet care! Thank you!
