Monday I brought my 14 yr.old Lucy Belle Golden Retriever in for a general checkup, update on Vaccinations and some concerns I had. Dr. Bryan was awesome. Answered all my questions, concerns, I never felt rushed. You guys are wonderful. Sorry if I leave anyone out.....kudos to Jackie, and the vet. Asst. I forgot his name was terrific.....all of you THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. I WILL see you guys Friday when I bring my baby in for her SPAW day.
Thank you to the staff of Primary Veterinary. On Tuesday I had to make the tough decision of putting my very sick little kitty down. I was an emotional wreck and the staff was so considerate and accommodating. Thank you for everything you did to make me feel at ease with this decision and process.
Excellent group of people who work at this hospital. Very friendly and compassionate people!
