I love bringing Jazz here to get everything done. As a first time cat owner they have given me a lot of guidance and have been nothing but helpful since day one.

Your pets are like family and you want the absolute best care for them...I found it here! Dr. Sarah and her staff treated my puppy like their own. I received a thorough honest check up and I will definitely bring my pets here for now on. The drive from St. Charles parish is well worth it!!!!
Was completely turned off they tried to sell me all kinds of medication without knowing the problem. Needless to say the diagnosis was wrong & medication did not help. & for the first time ever the price was outrageous. We will be relocating to a new vet!
We love Dr. Sarah and staff! Everyone is very friendly, thoughtful, and COMPASSIONATE, even though there is a little SEC rivalry going on. Whatever reason you're visit is for, the team takes their time to explain every little detail to you. Also, we are loving the extra little things being done to spruce up the waiting area! AND....Primary Vet Care has THE BEST sayings on their sign!

Today was my first visit to Primary Vet Care with my new puppy, Olive. My 7week old pit bull puppy could be described as a whiny baby by most of my family, but Primary Vet Care was so compassionate with her today. Olive did not even cry during her first puppy shot. The customer service exceeded my expectations from right when I walked in. The warm welcome from all the staff put my mind to rest that Olive was going to be in loving hands.
