RecommendedYES...this Vet, Dr. Sara, Jackie and all of the Staff are extremely compassionate. You can see the love they have for animals and their owners. It has only been a week since I had to let my Sweet, funny and "sometimes" crazy Smokey go and I cannot stop crying! But the entire staff was with us every step of the way. The kindness and empathy was so genuine...it was like Smokey was their own pet. We are missing him so much...we would do anything to have him in our arms again. I am so grateful to have found this Veterinary Clinic! I can't even begin to describe how wonderfully amazing the entire staff is! 🥰 I happily make the drive from the East Bank and will continue to do so because they are more than worth it! From the genuine care of the doctors to the outstanding courtesy of the ladies at reception... I just can't thank them enough for being so kind and gentle with my Albie & me. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Dr. Sarah and the rest of the pack are absolutely AMAZING!! They have been taking care of all my dogs for 13 years now. Also, I am a dog trainer so they have taken care of all my clients’ dogs as well.

Dr. Sarah is the best. I love going with my poodle, everyone is so kind and very interested in your animal. They make you feel like family. Whenever we go they know who you are and who your pet is. I highly recommend Primary Vet, wouldn’t let anyone else treat my animals.
Dr. Sarah and staff were wonderful with treating my dog on an emergency visit. Miles got his tongue stuck inside his ball while playing. Everyone was so great with both of us! Dr. Sarah was able to extract the ball from his tongue( or vice versa) with no residual damage to his tongue. Can't say enough positive things about this place!!
