No communication!!!! First it was get me this get me that, I did all that! Then it was you need to do this and that, did it! I messaged and the realtor i was working with communicated for information and it was like pulling teeth! Very Unprofessional! I would have understood a "Your credit isnt good enough" or "This is what needs to be done before I can help you, but there was none of that!
I cannot say enough good about Tenamarie and Jeff. They go above and beyond for their clients in order to get them ready to purchase a home. They are passionate about getting families into home ownership. Jeff is a Veteran and has so much knowledge in helping Veterans use their VA benefits. Tenamarie is tenacious, knowledgeable in all areas of loan processing and knows how to put files together to get them through underwriting.
