This is, hands down, the worst mortgage company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. The mortgage originator is a sloppy “professional” who uses her personal life as an excuse to not be courteous and not follow through. She also thinks she can use her “mortgage expertise” to negotiate behalf of the buyers when there are two highly competent Realtors involved in this transaction. Gave me pre-approval I got a contract on the home it was built tried reaching out to Jennifer Palmer with no reply!! lost the house as seller didn't want to wait. Sooo thanks I really sincerely appreciate your lack of professionalism and customer service.

Cymore I am sorry you didn't experience great service but Jennifer Palmer doesn't work for this branch of Primary Residential Mortgage. Each branch is run independently. So you posted to the wrong branch page. We are located in Delaware, what state were you trying to purchase?
I don't know how they have 5 star reviews honestly. If you're looking to have someone run your credit and not return your phones calls, then this is the place for you. however, if you want to actually buy a home find a different company that actually responds. I also submitted all my documents and called to confirm they got them, just to receive notifications after our conversation EACH TIME that I needed to turn them in. Horrible service and will it remove my name from their databases! I still get calls and emails after 3 years. This company cause my family so much anguish and grief, not to mention the thousands of dollars that I lost! Tells you something when the Pittsburgh branch dissolves and all these other markets still try to sell me business!
