The worst customer service!!!!!!! If you have any question at all about your mortgage nobody will answer their phones/emails. They set up my homeowners insurance with a completely different company I said I would use. THEN they changed their email addresses without informing any of their clients/putting it on their website. Literally go with anyone but this mortgage company lol
