Probably the worst dentist I've ever been to, the older woman I don't know her name gave me numbing shots for a filling, gave me one wrong and my entire left side of my face felt like it was on fire and I told her it hurts and she didn't stop. I told them my vision was doubling and blurry, I was shaking and trying not to cry but I did, she told me those shots don't cause that you must be drunk, I'm 33 weeks pregnant, and I'm beyond insulted. I've been seen there for years. Some good Dr's appear rarely. Dr. Michael Browning, is one of the good ones. You're not just a name or a #. He doesn't try to hurry you out. He actually addresses issues & figures out how to solve them. I don't appreciate having to wait forever or being crammed up in the waiting room like a sardine. I also don't appreciate them not answering the phone before closing time. It was within 10 mins of closing & nobody answered.
