My son had been seeing Sarah Sanderson for speech therapy the past year. He absolutely adores her! She gives all her attention to him. She's patient and kind. If my son is in a mood or needs a break during our session, she is understanding. If he's not in the mood to say and practice letters, she finds a way to integrate learning when we play with toys, read or play games. She finds different ways and is able to get him to practice. We have had a great experience here, especially with the PT and OT staff. The ladies at the entrance are very kind and our son has made a lot of progress coming here!
We like the therapists, but zero patience for their scheduling staff. My daughter had a speech evaluation and it was told me that the appointment was 2 hours long. We had an incident with one of my twins on our way to the clinic and I had to stop the car to help him and it took 20 minutes to solve his problem. Then I checked the gps and it was saying that I was going to be 13 minutes late. I called them and informed that I was going to be late and they said that after 10 minutes, they would have to reschedule the appointment... read more
