Love, love, love our care team and providers and nurses and staff!! BUT, I have had a HORRIBLE time dealing with the billing team for OVER a year.They are kind, but no one will stop and help me and everyone just passes me on to be someone else’s problem. I have provided correct insurance info MULTIPLE times and spent HOURS trying to explain my unique, out-of-state insurance plan that is too much for their big company to figure out. saved my life many times as a child
I've contacted customer service/billing multiple times to explain that our account will be PAID IN FREAKING FULL via an insurance settlement. I've offered to send documents from the attorney as proof. We provided our insurance to verify. We were told multiple times not to worry about it and that the billing letters are automatic and would still be sent out. While waiting for our court date, they sent us to collections. Thanks for nothing in an already terrible situation.
