The most uncomfortable visit I have had as a parent and as a woman! My daughter’s pediatrician said to get seen here and my Dr. Grimmer, because she would most likely need tubes placed. We made the appointment and we were seen today 2/3/26. I was not wearing a low cut shirt but this Dr would not keep his eyes off my chest. He then told us our daughter would need tubes placed because of the ear infections. Then he would look at my husband and then back at my chest again. He did this the whole time he spoke with us. He will not... read more

Dr. Meier is warm, kind, and generous with his knowledge and time. He made us feel cared for in the midst of his very busy day. We are so thankful for the fast and thorough care he provided our newborn and the patience he showed us as her parents as he put our worries at ease. Thank you, Dr. Meier!

I am updating my review summary, but still keeping the 1-star due to how everything transpired. -We had to wait an additional 45 minutes to be seen, which was awful given the drive time already to commute to SLC -Dr Grimmer only spent about 10-15 minutes with my daughter, and given how much he bills for just the appointment, that seems ridiculous -We were billed for a service that he did not complete on top of the initial appointment fee (an additional $600) -The ENT office continued to tell the billing department everything... read more

My daughter who also was born with a cleft lip/palate/Autism had multiple surgeries for a Cholesteatoma that kept coming back. Her Dr was the amazing, sweet Dr Muntz (retired). She's 25 now & having some problems again. I've had difficulties finding a replacement ENT for her, despite calling the Primary Children's ENT # & other numerous places. However, the light shone today when Michelle answered the phone! She patiently listened, she found some physicians for me to call. She didn't rush to get me off the phone.. That IS th... read more

Drove an hour and 20 minutes to my appointment that I had been waiting over 3 months for. Hit some traffic which made me 10 minutes late. Got to the parking garage to find my car wouldn’t fit, and the person at the booth told me to wait for valet. Waited for valet only for them to tell me Valet was full, they sent me to the south parking lot where I found a spot but all of that took another 15 minutes. Walked into the office where they told me I would not be seen and needed to reschedule. I am normally never late and I respe... read more
