RecommendedGreat facility. Took a family member there and they received excellent care. The front staff were kind and welcoming (loved their decorations for the holidays). The nurses and provider took their time in explaining everything, even going over prescriptions with us. Sent an email to the office manager to let her know what a great facility she has! Highly recommend! Will be back!
10 hours agoNEWI went to Primary Care Plus on Brookshire LN Sunday afternoon at 4:30 in the afternoon because when I googled the hours it said they were open till 6:00, I was bringing my boyfriend who was bleeding from his hand due to an injury. I only recommend this place if you want to spend a long time waiting, hands down the slowest place I have even been, the people are very nice but need to pick up the pace, seriously there was only one other person in the waiting room, parking lot empty, we have been her for 1 1/2 hours already and still not seen the Dr and no it’s not lunch time yet, we got here right before 10am
I have always received great treatment there. When my regular provider can't work me in, that 's where i go..its conveniently located to my home I' m there in no time.
Why would you advertise open until 8 pm and the doors are locked at 7.23 employee opened the door and said we just saw our last patient. Advertise on the web with correct information !
I went there on a Sunday in the midst of all this sickness. They were efficient, clean, and thorough. Appreciate the entire staff and Skylar Marsh the provider that saw me. They helped put my mind at ease and treated my symptoms. Definitely a great place to take your family.
I have attempted to place post, some good, front desk and nurses. However, NP not so good, needs more education. I had to explain few things they should know. Then billing department, off site, repeatedly billed inappropriately to the tune of nearly $200. Took several calls and time to fix.
