My disability claim was denied because Dr.Jiva stated there was I had no functional impairment to do my job. I answer phones for 8 hours a day yet I have no voice due to a lung and throat medical issue my real doctor and I are working on. Yet according to Dr.Jiva I'm fine to take calls with no voice and was never examined by him. Not sure how that's supposed to work at all....
Dr. Jiva perfomed a horrible independent medical review on my medical records for my long-term disability insurance policy. His findings were almost all wrong, and were contradicted by another doctor during an independent medical exam several months later
Dr. Jiva has taken over Dr. Augustine practice at 531 Center Road, West Seneca, NY 14224. He practices in Pulmonary and sleep medicine. He can see internal medicine, primary care patients if wished

Yes I would . Dr. is very friendly and puts you at ease. Glad he can take care of my problem. Knows what he's doing.
