I've been waiting two days for my basic blood pressure meds to be called in. I have called and stopped by, and they keep saying they'll do it, and then they don't. I need these meds. Not having blood pressure meds puts me in danger of having a stroke. And I had to pay out of pocket for the visit because there was a problem with my insurance, a problem that's proven much easier to resolve than getting them to call in my meds. So I've paid over a hundred dollars that I didn't have for nothing, so far. This is unacceptable.
