The med management providers I’ve seen here have largely been wonderful! Unfortunately the desk staff have made me frustrated with this place and heavily considering a different place for care. The compassion fatigue presented from the answering staff is unimaginable. They have never been kind or accommodating. I do not fully blame the staff. Whoever is in charge needs to assess their staff immediately if they actually care about people. This is tragic.
