I had a very disappointing experience with the medical receptionist, Christina. She was extremely rude and visibly bothered when patients especially non-English speakers asked questions or needed clarification. In a medical setting, patients are often already anxious, and everyone deserves patience, respect, and basic human kindness, regardless of language barriers. My experience has been good overall. My primary physician care has been excellent. I see Dr. Lo. Urgent care has also been excellent. The doctors listen to you and recommend good solutions. My only negative is the wait time, as well as how fully booked many doctors are in this clinic. Wait time is usually 20-30 minutes until the doctor sees you. Appointments may be 3-6 months out. Woodland Clinic-Dignity Health have taken care of me for more than 25 years. Their staff are exceptional. The support staff are extremely personable and a pleasure to meet. If anything, they have become even better recently. Together they deserve 6+ stars!
This place is the absolute worst. Everytime I schedule an appointment months in advanced with Dr. Yee Lo, she is suddenly not available on the date I was scheduled. It's exhausting speaking with the rude and disrespectful staff at this location then being told there are no appointments available until another three to four months from the original date that was scheduled.
