Getting prescriptions refilled is always pulling teeth. There's never anyone to talk to, and partner has to leave multiple messages before anything gets done. They don't even respond to requests from our pharmacist. My partner has run out of medication multiple times because the prescription won't get refilled, which is dangerous. Takes advantage of your Medicaid dollars but won't do their job. Go anywhere else.
Would be great if they actually answered their phones. I’ve been calling and calling, leaving voicemail after voicemail. This is ridiculous.
Dr farden is the best, Great bedside Manor and all the staff are polite and courteous
