Dr. Ganguley is the greatest and his staff is great
They have good doctors, the best in my opinion is cutrel . BUT the other staff seem unprofessional. They put you on hold for 20 min, they take hours to call back and act like they don't care about your child. How well the doctors are is the only reason my child still goes there.
My Dr. Devabrata Ganguly is wonderful and his staff too.
Dr.Cutrel is a alright doctor but them nurses are very rude &' this is the second time i have been told they would call me back instead of giving me an appointment for my son. He can't poop &' they obviously don't think it's important , but i will be speaking with someone behind this crap &' my child will be going somewhere else.
Dr.Ganguly don't spend enough time listening to my problem he pushes me out da door every time ,I fed up no more.I still don't know whats wrong with me didn't tell me anything
Took my son to Pca they didn't help him at all just told me oh he just has a cold he'll get over it in about three days and sent us on our way around midnight I took my son to the ER and they told me he as croup and they gave him the things he needed I thank them so much and then afterwards they ask me why didn't the doctor at Pca give him anything when I went earlier in the day I told them I don't know I knew it was something more than just a cold so yeah thanks Pca for nothing..
