RecommendedWalked in to get the second shingles vaccination, then asked if it could be turned into a travel vaccination appointment. Everyone was super nice and very accommodating. Brian was the PA who helped me and he was personable. knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommended PCA on Huffman!

RecommendedAshley is a 10!! Your office was great. Ashley was a god-send. I came in a lot of pain and after reviewing my symptoms she suggested I go to the ER. She sent paperwork to Regional ER and they were ready for me. I had emergency Gall Bladder surgery last night. Please thank Ashley for us👍👍😜👏
Have been going to them for at least 20 years & it was always a friendly family atmosphere but the last few interactions have made me consider looking for another provider. Some of the front desk staff are not friendly or helpful , in fact the last few times I’ve called staff acted like i was putting them out for having to speak to me at all. I know they’ve gotten a new billing system which has given them a lot of billing errors & im sure they are frustrated about having to answer upset customer but i understand that sometim... read more

Although the PA that treated me was wonderful, the office staff was rude and unhelpful. Paperwork was pushed at me with a scowl and a glare. The overall condition of the facility certainly did not instill confidence in the facility. The place was run down and dirty. Sick people are emotional creatures and should be at the very least be treated with a friendly face. This did not happen until I saw the PA. I’ll look elsewhere for a long term solution to my doctor’s retirement.
RecommendedOne thing that upsets me is their Medical Assistant called herself a “nurse”. As a Registered Nurse that offended me. I worked hard for 4 years to get my degree and pass the National Boards and how much education did she get. Own up to YOUR title not mine.
