Unfortunately my experience was very negative with getting clear information from the Dr. Johnson about services and billing. I booked a preventive visit to a primary care doctor but since I brought up pain I was having during that appointment that they would no longer bill it as preventive because they have a deal with the insurance company to not bill it that way when other issues were brought up. Everyone here is super friendly! The front desk girls are so nice and always remember who I am which makes you feel welcome. Dr. Lee listens to my concerns without making me feel small and makes me feel comfortable asking every question under the sun. I’m so glad I found a place that I like coming to!
It's not often one can find a physician office where everyone treats you like a close family member and not just a patient. The staff and providers here do just that; it doesn't matter if you are 9 or 99 years old. Because of this feeling, what can often be a hard pill to swallow is made easier. I've been a patient here for nearly a decade and continue to look forward to the excellent care I receive here!
