Wonderful, caring, knowledgeable, friendly, and very kind doctors and staff. While there was nothing that could be done to save our fur baby, the staff at Primary Care Animal Hospital was compassionate and made us feel as though we really mattered to them. It wasn't just about the money. They cared about our pet and the fact that we were making the hardest decision of our lives. These people rock! Thank you!
This was my first time at Primary Care Animal Hospital. The staff at Primary Care Animal Hospital are friendly and very helpful! Dr. Landa is Excellent! He demonstrated so much care and patience for my dog Lily. Dr. Landa your passion to care and love for our pets is very much appreciated! I definitely recommend Dr. Landa and Primary Care Animal Hospital.

The bad reviews are most likely due to people having issues way before bringing their pets here. I have brought my cats here in health and most recently during illness. The receptionist has always been friendly and all staff treated me with respect. The quality of care my cats receive from Dr Landa is beyond wonderful. Yes, they are busy and yes you might wait longer than you "want to", but they are worth it.
First time here and they were great, nice and clean. The dr was very nice to my baby. And let me know of new flea med I didn't even know about. I gave them 4 because it's my first time , but will be back with my second boy😀.
The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful, the cost for services was less than I've paid at other vets and for higher quality service no less. When we brought our cat in to have her put to sleep they made a very difficult night just a little bit easier to take. They seriously put out an electric candle and a soothing waterfall in room, and a nice warm comfy blanket for her to sit on. These little touches really impressed us. Oh and Dr. Landa is a great vet.
I went to this vet based on an experience shared to me by an acquaintance who's dog had a similar problem. I had been to 2 other vets who quoted a lot more to perform the dental procedure and didn't even offer antibiotics to prep for sugery. I consider this a lucky break that they were able to pull off treating severe dental on a dog with a high grade heart murmur. Brutus was able to eat that same night. I will be taking my other 3 dogs to get treated there too.
The staff and Vets are very friendly and so good with explaining what's happening with your pet especially when there're serious complicated health issues happening. Highly recommend!
