The give the best care with genuine love for your pets. They are fast and friendly. Best experience I’ve ever had compared to other vet offices. They saved my boy here. Other vet offices gave me no hope for my baby boy. But Primary Care was able to fix his issue without amputation that another vet told me they needed to do to save his him. I trust the entire team at Primary Care. I will never go anywhere else. And they have very affordable prices.
I trust the staff and vets here. They are gentle and thorough with my dogs. My dogs tend to be afraid of people and new things. They typically get so anxious that they poop on themselves. The staff never complain and always clean them up. Seems like a small thing but to me, it shows how they care. Their hours are awesome because all of my pets get sick after typical hours that usually mean a HUGE vet bill. But they are open until 10pm which saves me. Their prices are also very reasonable. Best vets around!
It starts when you walk through the doors the front receptionist greet you both. So nice! And when you go inside to have u your fur baby checked out they truly listened. And I love that!! Any doctor you get that day is great. That’s because all the Veterinarians are awesome!! I love that they will try everything that can be affordable first before anything extreme. I truly recommend them to family and friends
I decided to switch vets based on recommendations from friends and family and glad I did! Everyone here was professional, caring and kind. I took my older dog in and he liked everyone and was not stressed or nervous. We are going to take our new puppy here as well. They have great hours and are close to home.
