Nope. When I needed help (not emergency) they sent us away. Totally recommend Blue Cross vets. When Primary Care didn’t care, Blue Cross on PCH welcomed us home.

Love this place! they treat your fur babies with love, and they are very reasonably priced.
So far we have had a reliable, friendly experience with Primary Care, and you can’t beat their hours. They take things one step at a time and don’t hit you with a 2k bill right away like VCA tries. They do however contract with VCA Lakewood for overnight urgent care, so just keep that in mind if your fur baby isn’t stable enough to be left alone overnight until they get back in the morning. Otherwise a good experience. They see dogs, cats, rabbits and small animals.
First time there. very happy with how they treated our dog. Very thural and explained everyrhing in detail. They didnt seem to be like other chain vets where they recommend everything and try to milk you of all your money. I would very highly recommend this place.
