Today I ordered a meal on Doordash to pick up. Unfortunately, two items were not available and this was not indicated on the app. Then when I went in, the already prepared food was not packed up and I was asked to either choose new items or get a refund for the missing items. It is OK that I had to do this process through Doordash, but my mother and I DID NOT appreciate how Mike the manager spoke to us. Absolutely never write reviews but avoid this restaurant… food came out cold it was sitting so long the cheese on a sandwich wasn’t even melted anymore. Also were given DIRTY cups. My cup had LIP MARKS on them and I didn’t even notice until after drinking (from a straw so certainly NOT mine.) pointed it out to the server and no one even came over to apologize. Seriously disgusting I have never been so grossed out by a restaurant more in my life
