What a fantastic day of knowledge!!! I just had the pleasure to meet with Dr. Joe of Primal Performance at Orange Theory Fitness and had an exceptional seminar!!! I would highly recommend Natosha she is amazing at getting you right where you need to be. I have suffered from lower back pain due to a decade and more of being a nurse and high impact workouts. She is able to do an adjustment, cupping & scraping and it knows exactly what you need to get you feeling better! Provides home exercises to continue joint and muscle health- Making it possible to work out with no or minimal pain.
I was recommended by a friend, I was hesitant because it is an hour drive for me but wow was it we well worth it and I will definitely be going back without hesitation this time. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and dr. Natasha specializes in pregnancy which was a major thing for me because of complications.
