I am so grateful to have stumbled upon Primal Performance! Dr. Joe is very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in a way I can understand. I was amazed that after just one treatment a problem I've been having for years significanlty improved. Great Mobility/Stretching class at Orangetheory Riverview today. I will definitely use those exercises to work out some kinks, esp in my ankle after a bad sprain last year.
I highly recommend Dr. Joe and Dr. Natasha! I was playing softball, over stretched, heard a few pops resulting in a pulled hamstring. I figured it would heal on its own with some ibuprofen and mild exercise. What I was doing was not helping, I decided I needed see Dr. Joe when I started waking up in the middle of the night from what felt like my calf and hamstring cramping together. Joe & Natasha are the literal best! Not only are they top notch doctors, but they're genuinely kind people who only want the best for their patients. When working with them, you can tell they go out of their way to ensure the health and well being of everyone who walks through their door. The laid back attitude in their office makes it feel like your seeing old friends instead of a doctor. Their help has been instrumental in helping me stay pain free, and I'm so grateful for their work! 10/10 would recommend!
