Extremely rude concierge/receptionist. Called to ask and have my history/files sent to my new clinic and they have been extremely condescending and rude, dismissed me at first without even understanding my question. Asked me if I spoke Arabic. What kind of joke is this? Do you have no manners??

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a "doctor". I was spoken to in a condescending way, as if I didn’t understand my own health, even though I later confirmed with another doctor that I was correct and she was wrong. When I asked for routine tests, I was denied without any real explanation.
