Came here in hopes of actually being helped after being sent home and told to "drink tea" from an urgent care in Haslet off of Avondale and they surpassed all of my expectations! No wait, was seen right away. Nurse Lauren and Dr. Brandon King were absolutely amazing! Made me feel very comfortable right away and gave me the best care! I just picked up my prescriptions and am finally on my way to feeling better! Thank you Dr. King! You're the best!

I called ahead in order to avoid the wait time. Everyone was so nice and professional. They made my baby comfortable so she was not afraid. Very clean and very fast. I would definitely refer others to come here. I went to the N. Tarrant location.
I took my son there today and there wasn't a wait and the staff was very nice, courteous, and knew what they were talking about. They were also patient which is great thing when dealing with a toddler. It was my first time there and I'll def go back for any urgent care needs.
I USUALLY go to Care Now but they were so backed up I decided to try PrimaCare for my daughter. Laura (she was the paramedic) was amazing! She gave my daughter ibuprofen, water, and a popsicle and made us feel welcomed and comfortable! Our nurse practitioner Debbie was awesome too! Let's just say hands down this is the best service I have had at an urgent care facility! We will definitely be going here from now on.
The staff got me in at 7:30pm even though they close at 8 pm. I was having severe asthma problems and they got me right back for care. After a nebulizer treatment and a steroid shot my 102 temperature dropped to 99 degrees and I could breathe again! I couldn't even feel the shot, Laura did an excellent job! Debra,Laura, and Cynthia were amazing! Thanks for getting me back healthy for work tomorrow! As a chiropractor I can attest this is a grade A facility!
