Very quick service but at the cost of poor customer service. No real patient education. Called back for clarity and was cutoff while speaking.

Came for sports physical after being turned away at 3 other locations with 3 hour wait. Got here 10 minutes before they closed...in and out in 20 minutes! And they're friendly and effeciant!
I went to this Urgent Care Center to get some relief of pain from a Rt. Shoulder Rotator Cuff injure and the provider ordered a shot for the pain so I couldd hold on until I got into my PCP. It was quiet and staff is very kind.
Lauren and Dr Smith do an incredible job! I have been taking my family here for some time now and have always received great service! Highly recommended

I went with my friend a few weeks ago because she wasn’t feeling well, I kind of thought it was weird that the front office girl was sitting at the other end of the desk, just felt very unprofessional and felt she was very set back with her over there, Besides the fact she was very rude and didn’t acknowledge us until we spoke. PrimaCare was amazing. The receptionist was very kind and approachable and it’s nice to see a friendly face whenever you walk in. The MA was very efficient and the practitioner we saw was also quick and efficient. I will definitely choose them over Care Now or any other urgent care I’ve been to. Thanks ladies for a good experience.
